Warranty terms and conditions

The manufacturer ensures proper operation (application, use) of the products, including component parts, during the warranty period established by normative legal acts, regulations or contract.

 

The warranty period for component parts is not less than the warranty period for the main product, unless otherwise stipulated by normative legal acts, normative documents or contract.

  • before using the product, carefully read the rules of operation set forth in the documentation provided by the manufacturer (seller, performer) for the product;
  • if necessary to clarify the conditions and rules of use of the goods - to ask the seller (manufacturer, executor) or another person specified in the operational documentation, performing their functions, for explanations by the beginning of the use of the goods;
  • use the product for its intended purpose and comply with the conditions (requirements, standards, regulations) established by the manufacturer of the product in the operational documentation;
  • in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer of the use of the goods, apply the safety means provided by the manufacturer in the goods in compliance with the special rules provided in the operational documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation to comply with the usual reasonable safety measures established for goods of this kind.
